Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout, including unit numbers where applicable. We only deliver to physical addresses and do not ship to P.O. boxes. Dream Flower Lashes is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us before it enters the processing stage (within one business day). Once an order has been shipped, changes or cancellations cannot be made.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. To track your package:

  • Log in using the email address associated with your order.
  • Locate your tracking number.
  • Visit the carrier’s website to check your delivery status.

Customs & Import Duties

For most destinations, orders are shipped duty-free or with taxes included (see regional details above). In rare cases, customs or import fees may apply based on your country’s regulations. Dream Flower Lashes is not responsible for these charges or related delays.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages

While most orders arrive on time, delays can occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at info@dreamflowerlashes.com with your order number and tracking details. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Returned Shipments

Orders returned due to incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.

RETURNS & REFUNDS, AND REPLACEMENTS

You are welcome to return any unwanted and unused items in their original packaging within 7 days of receiving the item(s).

If you wish to return any item for any reason, you are invited to first contact our Customer Care team. Please send an email to info@dreamflowerlashes.com to discuss any specifics and receive further instructions.

Please note that in the unusual circumstances of receiving a faulty item, the fault needs to be addressed to our Customer Care team at the earliest opportunity, at a maximum of 3 days from receipt of the item.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Before Shipment:

Usually we process your order within 8 hours, so your orders can be canceled within 5 hours of placing the order. Please contact our customer service team at info@dreamflowerlashes.com as soon as possible to request a cancellation.

If the cancellation request is made after 5 hours but the order has not yet shipped, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, we cannot guarantee that the cancellation will be processed in time.

  • After Shipment:

Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may, however, initiate a return or exchange after receiving the order. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for more information.

  • Non-Cancellable Orders:

1. Custom or personalized orders cannot be canceled once the order is confirmed.

2. Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be canceled or returned.

RETURN POLICY

The customer must contact the Customer Care team prior to returning the parcel to discuss all details. Please note that failing to do so may result in a return not being accepted.

The customer is responsible for any and all return fees incurred when posting items back to Dream Flower Lashes. Dream Flower Lashes will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any chosen shipping service.

No remuneration can be given before the products have been received by our staff. The customer is therefore advised to send any returns with a trackable option.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds can be given on any returned item which is sent back within 7 days of receiving after it has been checked by our goods-in department. Please note that no refunds will be given on items that arrive at our warehouse damaged, or that have been used.

Refunds will be processed only when the returned items have been received and checked by our Distribution Centre team, and may then take up to 10 business days to reach your account, depending on your bank.

When an item is returned for a refund, please note that the original shipping fees are not liable to be refunded.
