How To Order

  1. How do I register?
    Click “Sign in” at the top of our website, and you will see a registration interface, then click the “REGISTER” button to fill in your information.
  2. I did not receive the activation email.
    Please click the “Resend Email” button after logging in. Check your mailbox including your spam folder. If this does not work, add “” to your white list (safe senders) and resend again.
  3. I cannot log in to my account.
    Please follow the instructions:
    Check your login details. Your login username is the email address you used for registration.
    It might be a problem caused by system maintenance, if so, please wait for 30 minutes and try again.
    Please make sure that your web browser accepts cookies.
    If you forget your password, try to use the “Forget Your Password” on the “Sign in” page. Fill in the information regarding your registration and submit, and then the “Reset your password” email will be sent to your email address.
    If you are still not able to access your account, you can contact us: and indicate the problem. We will assign you a new password, and you can change it once you log in.
  4. How can I change my password?
    Under My Account > Edit Profile, click “Change Password”. You will be prompted to enter a new password.
  5. How can I add/remove my address?
    Under My Account > Edit Profile, click “Address Book”. Here, you can add a new address, edit or remove the existing address.
  6. Can I change my email address?
    We will offer this service in future.


  1. How do I get coupons?
    Register for a customer account on and activate your account. Some promotions and coupons will be sent to your email. 
  2. How do I use my coupons?
    Make sure the coupon is not expired (normally it will show the expiry date in your account). When you put the order, add the full promotion code and click “Apply”. You can only use one coupon code in every order.


  1. How do I place my order?
    Register/Log in——Choose the products —— Add to cart——Make the payment——Receive the order.
  2. Can I order by phone?
    Yes, you can place an order directly on our website on your smartphone. 
  3. Can I cancel/change the order I just paid?
    Yes, you can cancel/change the order if it is not shipped. Normally it won't be long before we ship your order. So please cancel /change your order in time. You'd better contact our Customer Service within an hour.


How do I check the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order at any time. Just need to log in to your Dreamflowerlashes account and click “My Order” to check the current status. There will be several statuses:
1)Waiting for payment: You have not paid for the order yet.
2)Pending: Your payment is still pending which means we haven’t received it.
3)Paid: Your payment has been submitted successfully.
4)Processing: Normally we will ship your order immediately. But sometimes we need 3-7 days to prepare for your order. We will check and pack your goods very carefully.
5)Shipped out: You will receive an email with the tracking number after the package is shipped out.
