What Have We Done to Help You Avoid Tariff Worries?

1. For U.S. Customers:

  • 90% of U.S. orders ship directly from our Chicago warehouse

  • 2–5 day delivery with no additional duties

  • (Customization/private label orders may still ship from China)

2. For Non-U.S. Customers:

  • Orders ship from China via duty-free or tariff-optimized routes

  • Our logistics team works continuously to minimize costs and delays

If Your Item Ships from China to the U.S., Will There Be Duties?

Sometimes your product may be out of stock in our U.S. warehouse, and shipped from China. Here’s what to expect:

1. Small parcels without liquid:
 ➡ No duties — you pay nothing extra.

2. Small parcels with liquid (e.g., glue/shampoo):
 ➡ DF Lashes will cover the duties, already included in your product price.

3. Customization / private label orders:
 ➡ A small import duty may apply, and will be clearly shown in your invoice.

We work hard to absorb most logistics and tariff-related costs ourselves.
