INSTRUCTION
- Brush a layer of BOND on your real lashes.
- Use TWEEZERS to gently remove the clusters from the bottom, and clip the middle of the lashes to avoid tearing. Gently place lashes 1-1.5 mm away from the root of the real lashes. Starting from the outside of the root of the lashes, place the lashes side by side to avoid gaps.
- Apply a thin layer of SEAL under the lashes to remove sticky residue to secure the lashes

SHIPPING INFORMATION:
1. Free shipping worldwide on orders over $53-DIY SERIES.
2. Orders less than US$53 will charge US$19.99 for the shipping cost.
3. Normally you will receive your package in 3-5 working days. Worldwide shipping by DHL/FedEx.
4. We promise to send out your order within 24 hours, the tracking number of each package will be provided by email after the order shipped.
We will contact you ASAP if we can not ship out on time. Eg: If some products run out of stock, you will get help from our service team previously.
TIPS:
Dream Flower Lashes partners with major international shipping companies like DHL, FedEx, and EMS.
Shipping times will be affected during public holidays. Express company will limit their operations at these times. This is out of our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.
RETURNS & REFUNDS, AND REPLACEMENTS
You are welcome to return any unwanted and unused items in their original packaging within 7 days of receiving the item(s).
If you wish to return any item for any reason, you are invited to first contact our Customer Care team. Please send an email to info@dreamflowerlashes.com to discuss any specifics and receive further instructions.
Please note that in the unusual circumstances of receiving a faulty item, the fault needs to be addressed to our Customer Care team at the earliest opportunity, at a maximum of 3 days from receipt of the item.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Before Shipment:
Usually we process your order within 8 hours, so your orders can be canceled within 5 hours of placing the order. Please contact our customer service team at info@dreamflowerlashes.com as soon as possible to request a cancellation.
If the cancellation request is made after 5 hours but the order has not yet shipped, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, we cannot guarantee that the cancellation will be processed in time.
- After Shipment:
Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may, however, initiate a return or exchange after receiving the order. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for more information.
- Non-Cancellable Orders:
1. Custom or personalized orders cannot be canceled once the order is confirmed.
2. Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be canceled or returned.
RETURN POLICY
The customer must contact the Customer Care team prior to returning the parcel to discuss all details. Please note that failing to do so may result in a return not being accepted.
The customer is responsible for any and all return fees incurred when posting items back to Dream Flower Lashes. Dream Flower Lashes will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any chosen shipping service.
No remuneration can be given before the products have been received by our staff. The customer is therefore advised to send any returns with a trackable option.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds can be given on any returned item which is sent back within 7 days of receiving after it has been checked by our goods-in department. Please note that no refunds will be given on items that arrive at our warehouse damaged, or that have been used.
Refunds will be processed only when the returned items have been received and checked by our Distribution Centre team, and may then take up to 10 business days to reach your account, depending on your bank.
When an item is returned for a refund, please note that the original shipping fees are not liable to be refunded.
