Feature:

How to use:

  1. Apply the eyelash pads to protect the eyes.
  2. Use the #4 Cleanser (transparent) to remove the oil, dust, and makeup residue. Then use an eyelash curler to curl the eyelashes (to make it easier for the eyelashes to stick to the silicone perming pad).
  3. Choose a proper silicone perming pad, apply glue to the inside of the silicone perming pad, and when it was in semi-dry, stick the silicone perming pad to the eyelid.
  4. Apply the glue to the upper side of the silicone perming pads.
  5. When the glue is semi-dry, use a Y-shape brush to brush the lashes on the silicone perming pads to make the lashes distinct.
  6. Apply #1 Perm and cover with plastic wrap, wait a moment(thin lash 8-10 mins, medium lash 12 mins, hard lash 15 mins), then remove it.
  7. Apply #2 Fixation and cover with plastic wrap, wait a moment(thin lash 8-10 mins, medium lash 12 mins, hard lash 15 mins), then remove it.
  8. Apply #4 Cleanser to clean the lotion and residing glue on the eyelids.
  9. Apply #3Nutrition, wait for 5 mins and wipe it off.

Safety Precaution

       It is not recommended for sensitive skins.

  1. The perm and fixation solutions should not touch the eyelids and the roots of the eyelashes and should be applied 1mm away from the root of the eyelashes.
  2. The washed perm and fixation solutions should not touch the eyelids and the root of the eyelashes.
  3. After finishing the whole process of perming eyelashes, it is better to touch the eyelashes with water for about an hour.
  4. Please remove contact lenses before using them. Make sure the solutions do not touch your skin. Please stop immediately if you have red eyes or other eye conditions.
  5. If the solutions get into your eyes or cause irritation, immediately flush your eyes with cool water for 15 minutes and seek medical attention.
  6. Please keep products away from children at all times.
  7. If you have sensitive skin or are prone to reactions, use a patch test before using.
  8. Please keep products away from direct sunlight to avoid damage.

RETURNS & REFUNDS, AND REPLACEMENTS
You are welcome to return any unwanted and unused items in their original packaging within 7 days of receiving the item(s).
If you wish to return any item for any reason, you are invited to first contact our Customer Care team. Please send an email to info@dreamflowerlashes.com to discuss any specifics and receive further instructions.
Please note that in the unusual circumstances of receiving a faulty item, the fault needs to be addressed to our Customer Care team at the earliest opportunity, at a maximum of 3 days from receipt of the item.

RETURNS
The customer must contact the Customer Care team prior to returning the parcel to discuss all details. Please note that failing to do so may result in a return not being accepted.
The customer is responsible for any and all return fees incurred when posting items back to Dream Flower Lashes. Dream Flower Lashes will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any chosen shipping service.
No remuneration can be given before the products have been received by our staff. The customer is therefore advised to send any returns with a trackable option.

REFUNDS
Refunds can be given on any returned item which is sent back within 7 days of receiving after it has been checked by our goods-in department. Please note that no refunds will be given on items that arrive at our warehouse damaged, or that have been used.
Refunds will be processed only when the returned items have been received and checked by our Distribution Centre team, and may then take up to 10 business days to reach your account, depending on your bank.
When an item is returned for a refund, please note that the original shipping fees are not liable to be refunded.
