How to use:

  • Use before grafting: apply evenly to a place 1-2mm away from the root of real eyelashes to soften the glue and speed up the bonding of glue.
  • Use after grafting: apply evenly on the glue of real eyelashes and eyelash extensions (adhesive area), waterproof and sweatproof, prevent the glue from turning white, and make the eyelash extension lasting long.


Caution:

  • Clean eyelashes, eye grease, and dust thoroughly before applying the super bonder, and dry thoroughly with a small fan.
  • Do not daub too much super bonder, when daub needs to pad makeup cotton in eyelash lower part, makeup cotton can absorb redundant liquid, avoid entering the eye.
  • Use environment: be sure to use a thermometer and hygrometer to monitor to ensure that the temperature of the use environment is stable at about 25°C, and the humidity is about 55%RH.

    RETURNS & REFUNDS, AND REPLACEMENTS

    You are welcome to return any unwanted and unused items in their original packaging within 7 days of receiving the item(s).

    If you wish to return any item for any reason, you are invited to first contact our Customer Care team. Please send an email to info@dreamflowerlashes.com to discuss any specifics and receive further instructions.

    Please note that in the unusual circumstances of receiving a faulty item, the fault needs to be addressed to our Customer Care team at the earliest opportunity, at a maximum of 3 days from receipt of the item.

    CANCELLATION POLICY

    • Before Shipment:

    Usually we process your order within 8 hours, so your orders can be canceled within 5 hours of placing the order. Please contact our customer service team at info@dreamflowerlashes.com as soon as possible to request a cancellation.

    If the cancellation request is made after 5 hours but the order has not yet shipped, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, we cannot guarantee that the cancellation will be processed in time.

    • After Shipment:

    Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may, however, initiate a return or exchange after receiving the order. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for more information.

    • Non-Cancellable Orders:

    1. Custom or personalized orders cannot be canceled once the order is confirmed.

    2. Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be canceled or returned.

    RETURN POLICY

    The customer must contact the Customer Care team prior to returning the parcel to discuss all details. Please note that failing to do so may result in a return not being accepted.

    The customer is responsible for any and all return fees incurred when posting items back to Dream Flower Lashes. Dream Flower Lashes will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any chosen shipping service.

    No remuneration can be given before the products have been received by our staff. The customer is therefore advised to send any returns with a trackable option.

    REFUND POLICY

    Refunds can be given on any returned item which is sent back within 7 days of receiving after it has been checked by our goods-in department. Please note that no refunds will be given on items that arrive at our warehouse damaged, or that have been used.

    Refunds will be processed only when the returned items have been received and checked by our Distribution Centre team, and may then take up to 10 business days to reach your account, depending on your bank.

    When an item is returned for a refund, please note that the original shipping fees are not liable to be refunded.
