Sensitive Retention Combo is an upgraded version of ultimate Retention Combo. The regular primer is replaced with a sensitive primer. It is significantly suitable for both regular and sensitive skins.

It is designed to prep lashes before the application of extensions. 

Used for removing dust and oil from the natural and false lashes before lash extensions.

  • Super Bonder   

Super Bonder instantly polymerizes the glue at the end of treatment, without shock curing!

It locks in the fumes from the adhesive, reducing irritation and discomfort for your client and reducing the risk of allergic reactions in the hours after treatment! 

Additionally, because the bonds have been sealed the lashes are instantly safe from getting wet. 

 

HOW TO USE

  • Super Glue Lash Primer

💡 Either apply a drop of the Sensitive Lash Primer directly to the micro brush OR add a drop of Sensitive Lash Primer onto a glue stone and dip microfibre brush into it. Wipe off any excess product as necessary.

💡 With the help of a second microfibre brush, gently hold the natural lashes between the two brushes and gently wipe the natural lashes from root to tip.

💡 For best results, prime the lashes after using the lash shampoo to balance the moisture and help your lash glue to work faster.

  • Super Bonder

💡 Once you've completed the eyelash treatment, squeeze 1 small drop of Super bonder onto a microfibre brush and carefully apply at the bottom 2-3mm of the eyelash set (adhesive area).

💡 Make sure to apply only a small drop of the product to avoid getting it into the client's eye.

💡 Allow the product to dry for 1-2 minutes.

💡 Remove the eyepatches and let the client open their eyes.

    • Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
    • Correct Address: Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

    RETURNS & REFUNDS, AND REPLACEMENTS

    You are welcome to return any unwanted and unused items in their original packaging within 7 days of receiving the item(s).

    If you wish to return any item for any reason, you are invited to first contact our Customer Care team. Please send an email to info@dreamflowerlashes.com to discuss any specifics and receive further instructions.

    Please note that in the unusual circumstances of receiving a faulty item, the fault needs to be addressed to our Customer Care team at the earliest opportunity, at a maximum of 3 days from receipt of the item.

    CANCELLATION POLICY

    • Before Shipment:

    Usually we process your order within 8 hours, so your orders can be canceled within 5 hours of placing the order. Please contact our customer service team at info@dreamflowerlashes.com as soon as possible to request a cancellation.

    If the cancellation request is made after 5 hours but the order has not yet shipped, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, we cannot guarantee that the cancellation will be processed in time.

    • After Shipment:

    Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may, however, initiate a return or exchange after receiving the order. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for more information.

    • Non-Cancellable Orders:

    1. Custom or personalized orders cannot be canceled once the order is confirmed.

    2. Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be canceled or returned.

    RETURN POLICY

    The customer must contact the Customer Care team prior to returning the parcel to discuss all details. Please note that failing to do so may result in a return not being accepted.

    The customer is responsible for any and all return fees incurred when posting items back to Dream Flower Lashes. Dream Flower Lashes will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any chosen shipping service.

    No remuneration can be given before the products have been received by our staff. The customer is therefore advised to send any returns with a trackable option.

    REFUND POLICY

    Refunds can be given on any returned item which is sent back within 7 days of receiving after it has been checked by our goods-in department. Please note that no refunds will be given on items that arrive at our warehouse damaged, or that have been used.

    Refunds will be processed only when the returned items have been received and checked by our Distribution Centre team, and may then take up to 10 business days to reach your account, depending on your bank.

    When an item is returned for a refund, please note that the original shipping fees are not liable to be refunded.
