Seriously I'm a beginner lash tech and one of the things I've struggled the most with is hand fanning and let me tell you these have been THE EASIEST to fan with uploaded a video so you can see i totally recommend these lashes!!

I tried to do them myself and failed miserably, BUT they are very pretty if you've never done individuals I recommend you get someone to install them I love them! They've lightweight and very pretty.
These are so easy to use, I can use them do mega Volume regular 2D-3D volume and Hybrid. Helps cut down time and fan out really easily. Plus they look great, not super shiny or fake looking.
